Here's the way I look at it - this news, while not good, is more of an intersection than a dead end. If Namibia grants the licence, then that shows that the government has faith in PCL. If it doesn't grant the licence, then this puts the burners under PCL to get moving ASAP on PEL-87. Either way, there'll be clearer information for shareholders on the future of the co.
