re: Ann: Namibian Court Proceedings - Further... there's plenty of time till 30 sept, so give it a chance.
They are aware of the placement option alternative, but we are too far out to consider it.
That is, to make a placement of options, to replace existing options at a 1 for 1.
To see where before, RRS completed one about 15m ago by memory.
It goes like this, we offer 1 for 1 at .001 to issue new options for every existing option, and we offer 1 for 4 say, for every FPS for same.
They need to get shareholder approval, and a special meeting, so the raising of the placement would cover the cost of the issue, and meeting.
They also would offer the sdhareholders something in it to, hence my example 1 for 4, option for every FPS.
Strike would be the same as the existing options.
To extend the term, basically, by the period this thing has been in limbo, 12m.
But again, too soon, but thats the card up their sleeve.
As said, they are aware of it, but no decision has been made as yet, and wouldnt until it became necessary.
I think it wont come to it, and we'll be rolling before then, but thats just my gut talking.
cheers
