Yes , perhaps but whilst old gins hard to value I think with the newer ones including WA there is plenty of value for LDC, it is a very modest offer and Samuel Terry should have said they supported it in principle but wanted much more !
been a concerted effort to keep share price lower too it seems ( very thin trading so easily done), as I was trying to sell some near 40 to free up funds for other shares- glad I didn't lower!
