Strange how MDC successful phase2 decreases value of company....

Strange how MDC successful phase2 decreases value of company. Beginning of phase3 means nothing. Yet other pot stocks failed phase1 means everything and prior to commencement of unproven phase2 means double MC of MDC. Why?

I imagine there are many interested parties taken large positions in MDC at this price and more so when SP was 13-15c. Huge gains to be had over the next few years i believe. Why? Well if a failed phase1 trial of another company can be worth 100mill$ then what a successful MDC phase2 and potentially proven success phase3 be worth? 1-2bill$?
