Most analysis in this forum is to prop up long positions...despite the obvious. My knowledge of the Philippines is so extensive to the point where I have seen the seismic and the well logs. I have also have first hand knowledge of the DOE in the Philippine. I also know every single foreign company that pretended to do something for the country but failed miserably. Apart from Gallic (thank you Vitol) there is nothing else. I even know personally the main guy in Philodrill.
