There is only one concern, the management should keep an eye on the Chinese guy as he will be an easy target of CCP, I am not saying he is a spy or he is gonna do something bad, I am talking about IP protection protocol here. In USA ATM, the government watches the Chinese researchers like a hawk as they have learned so many hard lessons.
