I could be a bit quick off the mark, but this looks good to me. Considering the hit of 12m - 16m to change the sales model is already know I’m happy.
Installed based continues to grow very nicely which will translate to compound growth in consumable sales.
Key piece missing is the actual cost to NAN to employ the new staff. But NANs margins are only going to be that much better doing it themselves.
I wait patiently for MichaelIrish’s take on this.
