Indeed. I need to ponder it a bit longer but my first thought was, this had to happen eventually. Nanosonics are looking to move into endoscopes with Coris, and as we know from MK's answer to the GS analyst, "GE don't do endoscopes". So they need to further build out their own US logistics/sales/support etc in the US to cope with future demand for the second product. Thus the GE customers become Nanosonics customers which could be a big positive when you consider the possibility for cross-selling Coris into that customer base (which GE would not have done).
Just my initial thoughts, I will join the call at 11am (mostly to hear the Q&A from analysts).
