15 cents is resistance - has capped trading at 15c, 4 or 5 times in the last 8 months. Nice shallow curve.
Never has such trading volume over a 6 week period, ever.
Massive insider buying.
(I'd really like to know of any other stocks with three similar characteristics.) Seems to me - when it breaks 15c, before or after the Q, it's the signal that the hand brake is released and the accelerator finally starting to be applied.
