Great announcement that backs up Ralph's earlier statements that they are looking to deploy NanoLOC chips for workplace safety in new industrial applications (not just mines).
In terms of revenue, I'd suggest this will be relatively modest to start, but the ann. is about volume pricing and you get a very positive vibe from Albers (Nanotron) and Resio (Protran).
Protran (Aust. based) is part of Harsco Rail, which in turn is a division of Harsco Corp. (2.3B MC, NYSE: HSC), which is a major international player. Harsco Rail did around US$300 this last year in gross revenue, of which around US$4M was for all Protran products, as per the image below (slide 9 here).
Tie-ups with billion dollar companies are a big deal, and chip integration does make the relationship very sticky (good call @brosef). I'm expecting more of these anns. in the near-term and/or follow-ups on our related mining deployments. GLTAH R-7
