10% remaining from 1,000,000 initial viral particles = 100,000 viral particles after 90% kill.
if there was 99.99% kill (like ZNO, HCT), then 100 particles. This is the general acceptance criteria for what 'kills' and thus reduced risk.
99.999% = 10
99.9999% = 1
100% = zero !
i know where i would rather be in terms of reducing risk.
