I must admit geogypsy that I have not really taken much notice of Padre Island (despite the name link) and have just left it to simmer away as a "maybe" for some future development.

Now I have had a look at the Modena announcements. However, I am just wondering whether the Modena operations at Padre Island are connected in any way with the GGP prospects/projects.

I know the Modena announcement and the Presentation talks about a Cht 11 (bankruptcy) situation in relation to the gas wells it is starting up again but if you read the fine print in the Presentation it identifies "The Blackgate Development Strategy" as 100% Modena.

Now I have not delved any further than that at this stage but it is possible that MDA is involved in some projects that did not involve GGP but did involve the smae othe company that was involved in the Cht 11.

Don't know for sure though. May be a line of enquiry to follow up ? I haven't got the time right now.
