Sentia,
"Blackgate" is the entity into which BNP offloaded their interests last year (during/prior to bankruptcy proceedings). If you go back through the MDA releases you will find this trail. BNP was the operator of GGP's Padre properties. It is all quite involved, but hard to believe their isn't knowledge of this at GGP since the Perth offices of the two are very close.
Blackgate is now part of MDA, through a stock deal and transfer of ownership (probably more complicated than that).
