Solid Proof....but the word, contract is rather confusing...we have a "contract" to send them an Evaluation Kit ??

NASA have been part of the EAP for awhile, please correct me if that's wrong, it could well be.

So when they place an "order" for the Evaluation Kit, that equates to a contract ? Interesting to say the least.

Yes, Brainchip Inc has won the sole source contract. I received no capability statements during the beta.SAM.gov posting which ended 12/15/2020. Therefore, we can no longer accept capability RFIs.
