All the IPO dates out there are just estimates from the various websites.

Interesting to look at the EDGAR SEC system to see what we can expect.

Below is a list of filings from a company called SIMPPLE who started trading on 13/9 on NASDAQ Capital.
Plenty of F-1/A's like us, then an EFFECT lodgement on 12/9 at 5pm.
The prospectus lodged on 13/9 , the day they started trading.

Others I have viewed start trading a day or two after prospectus lodged.



So this is how CDEX lodgements look



So, expect to see a couple of filings and listing on NASDAQ to all happen very quickly when then finally pull the "go" trigger.
