EUR has a 20% stake in the project, from what I remember EUR bought over another company that had the 20% stake in that Austrian company, so EUR ended up with that 20% as well.
I also read somewhere that this project "surrounds" the Wolfsburg project, if so, EUR definitely has to buy out the 80% otherwise they would have no access?
Might be worth making a bid as well after the merger vote while the value is not too high yet, otherwise someone else might come and bid on it.
