According to stockanalysis.com there are 9.36m shares outstanding in SZZL, 65.71% owned by insiders, 33.17% owned by institutional investors and 1.12% or 2.68m shares floating (whatever that means). If that data is correct, it's extremely unlikely that insiders and institutional investors will not vote and vote for the merger. it's not a done deal, certainly but it's also not "iffy".
