The first part with the postponement of the sizzle meeting was known,
The second part - an "investor/bank loan etc" - has been talked about for years!!!
.... so nothing new, the share price probably doesn't like that at all It would have been different if a concrete name had been mentioned today!
Why is BMW, the future buyer, not participating in the project or at least transferring the agreed 15 million....?
