Maxim are not a small firm.
Things should move quickly now that it’s come out of SEC , confidentiality etc & been lodged. According to the announcement the registration will need to become effective & they will then formalise price etc. I expect that would occur around mid September give or take at a guess.
I would also expect that Maxim would have already got market feedback etc & it will just need to firm up interest/prices etc with the prospectus & take up etc.
Let’s see. It could be an interesting September
