As a corollary to that, should be noted that the Board we hear little of have made huge strides in cleaning up & professionalising all the boring stuff behind the scenes, Corp Governance, Rem Report, asset valuations, etc. Stuff you cannot do quickly but progressively as evidenced by the steady improvement '15, '16 & '17.
The Board has ensured that Lynas now presents squeaky clean to the funds & insto's now coming into the stock, suspect the key architect had a role in AL's appt also.
