There is no conspiracy it is just a process. Larger organisation have a distinct advantage with dedicated staff and many applications knowing teh system. The system is not infallible but you constant conspiracy theory or corruption theory is tiresome without specific evidence relating to a company application.
You constant trolling of threads to try and show conspiracy is tiresome and should be on a separate area unless you have direct evidence " Look up the definition of evidence in can you don't get it"
