Update..so I have been on the gear for a week now. I have been having 2 to 3 sprays per nostril in the morning and in the evening about 1 hour before going to bed. I was previously finding that I was getting a lot of congestion during the night when lying down and suffering from a blocked nose, often waking up and having to sit up to release congestion and use a vapour rub. It has been particularly bad after the last Covid bout I had about a couple of months ago, not sure if the congestion is related to Covid as a lingering effect or not. Anyway, since starting the spray I have been breathing and sleeping better at night which is what I was hoping would be the result. I find it works well to clear the nasal passage and if it keeps the bugs away over the winter that will be a bonus for me. I have had no adverse issues with using the spray. I am happy with the results so far.
