or they are averaging down , or they are trading the shares and love the discount free low exercise price options. IMO they got a great deal. . We hope they area long term investor but circumstances can change so the bottom line is all small holders got diluted 10% and they don't know if there is a share overhand all the time over 5c?
Positive is it is a known investor not a unknown or straight out trader.
Now FRE just has to outperform over and above dilution growing its sales and potential and somehow communicating that strategy to the market so new investors come in and value it accordingly
