Like a lot of places provide free hand sanitizer these days. It is not only about passengers but the operators have a duty of care to staff as well and I am sure that staff exposure risk is high. They couldn’t make it mandatory but if the option was there passengers and staff might take it. If this approach was taken you could be potentially shifting 2000 plus units per cruise.
