My guess is the first, poorly written announcement re the NATA approval had people confused about timelines and expecting further delays, this correction came too late to stem the bleeding from the more impatient/fed up holders selling off and I'm struggling to blame them. After months of delays, personally my expectation would have been this announcement was nailed perfectly and professionally delivered, as it's one big announcement we have been waiting for.
