I was talking to a stockbroker the other day about some of my holdings that were not performing well. His opinion was that repeated failed capital raises is usually an indicator of a trajectory to zero. Clearly the market does not see a positive future or they would support the CR.
A couple of my holdings are in this situation, RFX being one. Both are developing advanced technological solutions and are in the very early stages. It really is a gamble whether they make it or whether they end up defunct. You might also think that if other companies thought the technology had a future, they would have snapped RFX up for the technology.
