i do not have any additional information and apologise if this created any angst.

I remember reading a post early after the CR was announced from someone indicating a similar message.

That if there was a shortfall then the company might need to seek funds with conditiins that may or may not be as favourable (words to that effect) compared to funds sort from a CR.

This is all conjecture of course. It struck a cord with me as a similar situation has happened with another stock of mine. Posters are claiming manipulation by a less favourable entity.
