    I expect at least a 1.5x spike till someone spots the clauses requiring proof of a minimum number of contracts, and proof of ability to deliver profitably. If they had those, though, they wouldn’t need the grant.
    $80M won’t be enough for a gigafactory - Tesla’s cost US$3.5Bn.
