Its worth noting that 3.5b doesnt produce 1gw of cells annually for Tesla ...
That factory was or is producing 37GW annually ..
So an unrealistic interpretation, but we could say just over $100 million per GW of batteries produced by Tesla at thier first Nevada plant back in 2014...
so a grant of 80 million would do just fine on that basis..
Notwithstanding that i find the idea of comparing manufacturing Tesla cells to Rfx cells rediculous....but i didnt start this.
