the same dept gave NTM the thumbs up and it looks like someone has said i need votes and have asked tony burke to review the epbc submission or something like that.it’s only a review let’s not forget that

if they give the thumbs down, the fall out across the mining industry will be HUGE and it would not surprise me to see some sort of class action

i wonder what the trawling industry thinks of this because it should effect them as well or will it??

talk about a gov they does not know what is going on they put in place a procedure/guideline for the mining industry and then bang they move the goal post.
