I'm out. I like the product the technology and the opportunity. But at this stage it is just an opportunity that they are yet to capture. And with the massive issue of options and now this raising, management have shown they couldn't care less about small share holders. At a near 100 million valuation with no sales to speak of and a disdain for shareholders I can't seem myself getting back in at a valuation any higher than 20 million. I have other small tech plays in my portfolio with millions in revenue on market caps of 10 - 20 million. Rather reallocate my money there. Will put a buy in at 2.5 cents and check back in a year.
