Would just need to know their volume of jobs processed per day... as its charged per job. This may or may not be confidential info but I'm guessing as they're a leading established player it will be worth having.
More important than that in these situations they need early adopters. To other major prospects they see it as a major de-risking when someone else has been the "innovation buyer"....
It's possible in this situation to see a snow ball affect of new customer signings from here.
