I topped up again as well. We're branching into more digital service offerings in my business, and the scale that monthly recurring revenue brings without the enormous cost of human logistics is to much to ignore. I love where CR8 are at - as CW mentioned on the webinar, they may be looking to augment not replace human interaction (as are we) but the offering to all the individual sectors within some of these enormous clients they already have on board and are bringing on board is what excites me most.
It may be within nationwide, they have 50+ different business groups using Rosie or Maggie, where the cost entry point doesn't need to be prohibitive, but when times by 50, becomes extremely significant.
So there may be 17 new businesses, couple of signed on F100 companies etc.. but each of these might represent 100 opportunities within.
Even if adding a Rosie to your employment mix - where the average support worker is on $90k a year, yet Rosie can handle the work of 20 at once, might mean only $20k a month per business sector, but if you had her across 50 sectors, that alone is 12 mil a year, that a company like nationwide would save 10x more than.
I'm just making stuff up, but I do know you don't get to where these guys are at without the product behind you, and the reality is the economies of scale for Flamingo are enormous.
