Looking at the situation in light of past events it is doubtful that NATO needs to test the DRO product range. NATO countries are familiar with DRO products. The French published a picture of their President wielding a Drone Gun several years ago.
Finally why would DRO need a capital raise of AU$100+Millions if the order was for only testing and leasing?
