I believe DGR has a debt arrangement which also allowed them to participate in the recent ANW issue, I am unsure of the limits. I personally think another TO offer will be on the table by years end, perhaps even another West African miner. Only my thoughts though, I would have liked to have seen the SEMAFO offer accepted and some capital return to DGR Holders, I have been smoked by my holdings in DGR, ANW, AJQ & SOLG and would like to see some $$$ back in my pocket.
