not market sensitive because?? Agree. I've read plenty of market sensitive non binding MOU's which are basically worthless and they have signed 2 binding off-takes. They have also signed "several" non binding MOU's (POSCO) so more info to come hopefully in the next few months.
They also said using natural graphite to produce AAM from China might not qualify under the IRA.
