my partner wants to invest in an ethical fund, so, i bought her some MECO, just a small parcel to equal what she would have as heads.........that way, she has 18 months to decide if the fund is any good, without missing any upside. downside is just the cost of the oppies, and, at say 4c, compared to the heads price, there is really, nothing around with that sort of leverage...
i.e after 1 year, the fund returns, say 10%, making the heads go to $1.25....then the oppies should tag along at say, 21c, with no premium...........roughly 4 bags............simple maths, but you get the picture.....actually talked myself into a few !
