I would like to acknowledge the person, whoever they were who said, if you can't explain so that a 5 year old can understand you don't understand yourself. The situation with NML is that it is grossly undervalued. The buyers are eager to buy and have to offer a higher price to the sellers who are reluctant to sell hence the price. In a word the shares are being extracted.
