I don't think Lind can involve in those type of action.
Also shares based on VWAP they can subscribe for only amount to $300k a month and that too only for 9 months so max 2.7 mil. Remaining 2.3mil at 6.8c. Overall not that bad deal.
Only thing now is management get their act together and get some gold out with low cost.
