I found this announcement very limited. It would appear that most of the growth has been in Canada.

A more valuable, and transparent, announcement would be one which gives the figures for each and every partnership.

It may well be that some contracts could be in jeopardy if student targets are not being met.

This whole "space" is becoming very crowded and NVT needs to be very open in its communications.
