    Move into US (as with so many Auissie firms) has not panned out... hence the closure. Bottom line will take the hit in FY16 but looking fwd things should improve. NVT hasd ist mover advantage but got carried away with acquisitions and expansion. Needs to consolidate and stick to its knitting. Any reduction is students from Asia will significantly affect FY17 profits so stay tuned to govt policy.
