I look at these sorts of announcements every trading day and, on about average, invest a cautious amount about once a month. I maintain a separate spreadsheet to keep track of these sorts of investments and a number of cautious and not too greedy investments add up to a sizeable return over a year.
But, I would not touch this. My reading is that they have 'detected' three quarters of five eights of the proverbial.
