It has a portfolio of over 45 software and technology businesses worth over $100 billion aggregate enterprise value with over 65000 employees globally, growing at over 20% per year according to the internet. Tipping they may be interested as EVS industrial is growing at 20% also. Perhaps an opportunistic conditional buyout offer? This may bring other potential interested suitors out of the woodwork.
