Tipping most major SH's won't be tripping over themselves to accept a 10 cent bid for the company given EVS are aiming to double ARR over the next 5 years, most likely through the industrial part of their platform. Doubt Hitachi as a 202 billion dollar company will accept a 4.2 cent offer above what they paid only a couple of months ago, given they play a long game. Offer is conditional only and has given short term holders a very tidy profit for sure. Might have got rid of some shorts today. It may force Hitachi to make a counter offer should the TO offer gather any sort of steam. LT holders still under water so let's see what happens. However, EVS has thus far, not lived up to the market expectations. Interesting times ahead by the looks of it.
