Business news Australia 144 mill bid Last paragraph Ideagen's takeover proposal comes on the heels of a solid earnings performance by Envirosuite in the first half of FY 25, with the company last week reporting a return to underlying profit with EBITDA of $204000 despite a marginal drop in group revenue to $29.48 million. Quote unquote. This would be an absolute steal IMO if accepted given the beginnings of a turnaround. If revenue is doubled in the next 5 years as targeted that would be perhaps 3-4 cps profit if achieved. At 30 times earnings that's 90cps-120cps SP with continued growth expected as Envirosuite continues to make a name for itself and build its brand. Should that occur MC would be over $1 billion and all SH's miss out on the LT growth story. I ain't selling into a low ball offer unless it moves to compulsory acquisition as I bought in for a LT investment. On a ST trade anyone who bought in last week has almost doubled their money so well done to you guys. Plenty of negativity on HC by retails, just goes to show the market disconnect between sentiment and SP from one week to the next. Last week's results were viewed negatively and then Ideagen looks to lodge a bid shortly afterwards. They're seeing something the retails aren't, all IMO of course, cheers
