I agree it is a lowball offer-absolute lowball/firesale. I do not want to offload but I have zero faith in Management. Also for all the instos doing cap raises at 10c+ I don't think they'd want to sell and realise their losses. Perfect world: Board says no, new leadership and they hit that 90-120 range. Chance of success??? No idea.
