Yes I can't fault Jason's enthusiasm but thus far not getting enough runs on the board early enough. Current strategy appears to be good but they were a little too slow to act in the first place, leading to SH's losing faith in the story being sold to them over the last few years. I think LT this company is going to do well but like everyone else I'm becoming a little impatient also to see results. From memory some of these institutions also contributed to a CR at 20 cents expecting to make a profit on that investment not a 50% loss. To me a well timed highly opportunistic, non committal TO offer that under values the LT play. If it goes ahead only recent holders will benefit. Accepting the offer or the board recommending acceptance of the offer would be in direct conflict with creating shareholder value that JC bangs on about given the MC is around 106 million less than the current offer when he took over as CEO 3 years ago...
