Did a quick dyor, looks like the big boys, bhp, rio, fmg costs per tonne are around $18 Aus a tonne, $72 for SHH is about four times and Grange is currently $101.
can see why SHH were forced into care and maintenance ....
Can anyone else add to the cost list comparison for other new starters/ restarters?
Interesting stuff, I'm not up to speed with the quality percentage component/dry wet etc. on Fe, know all about battery minerals though from the last 5 years, I'll do a bit more reading.
