I believe given the current economic climate, they would be much more Lenient with Australian resource companies, I believe the Fed government would have some sort of indirect say in such matters, given the amount of welfare outlaid over the past year, I believe that any exporter of minerals or such resources would be favourable looked upon by both the Tas government and the Aus government, especially given the current valuation of iron ore prices.
With recent feuds with China, I believe we are going to be looking at a lot more internal dependency for our resources, this, and with iron ore prices so high, and with Australia having such large deposits nationwide, I don't see why Aus gov or tas state gov would want to restrict any sort of business ventures which capitalise on one of our biggest exports
