Once the NBR Project receives the necessary Permits to recommence operations I believe the SP will triple at least to .06 with a slow and gradual rise to.07 just in time for a quick CR to pay for the startup costs at NBR.
This raise will be a welcomed one as it is to fund production which will generate a stream of cash moving forward.
Only my thoughts.
